Before contacting AAIServ through the either the contact form or the support center, please take the time to make sure your question has not already been addressed in the FAQ section. If your question has not been addressed in the FAQ section, and you are a current AAIServ customer, please login to the support center. If you are not an existing customer, your questions and comments are still very important to us, and we request that you use the contact form option in the menu to the left. We try to answer all support requests within 24 hours, however, as the volume of mails we receive incraeses, our response time may also increase.
